John Voisine is extremely thorough and detailed. My client hired him on our remodeling project to investigate where a leak was coming from that caused extensive damage. He was there for a long time checking everything until he discovered the problem was due to the way part of the roof was constructed. He did this utilizing some pretty awesome tools! He used a moisture tool to see what was still wet to allow him to trace it to the source. Not only did he find this problem, but was able to ease our minds with another part of the roof that was constructed similarly. We were concerned it had been leaking but he used his tool to confirm it was in good condition. Our client received his report and said it was incredibly detailed and she could understand the problem. His report was pivotal in helping us understand exactly what needed to be done. It aided in defining clear scopes of work for us and the condominium association causing us to all be on the same page. This is just a testament to his years of experience and knowledge. Don't just hire anyone! Hire John!
