During the process he meticulously assessed a specific area and then walked me through his findings before repeating this in another area of the home. He answered all questions and was communicative after the process as well. His report was extensive (included high quality images), while still being easy to follow and understand. 10/10

House inspection occurred on September 10th. Very professional and thorough. No stone was left unturned during this inspection from the chimney inspection using a drone with high definition camera to the basement crawl spaces.
